I am 21 yrs old and my family are Christian Scientists (no using medicine, no shots, no hospital, etc). I have been going to church since I was young but now I am starting to become unhappy with the way my religion acts. My parents force me to read our bible lesson every day and go to church every sunday in the hopes that I will eventually become ‘enlightened’ but in actuality it is only making me more bitter toward the religion. I would move away and start fresh but I don`t want to cut off all family bonds as I love my parents very much. What can I do?

While we all can agree that it’s must be a sad time for the Travolta family and that our condolences go out to the Travolta Family also. At the same time do you feel that the child should have been on medication? Scientology from what I understand, do not believe in medicine. But take vitamins and otter alternatives.
