medicine
Dreamer asked:

Recently I decided to study Medicine in the Dominican Republic. Its more affortable and I’ll finish in less time. However, its a different culture, language, and living style. Adjusting wont be a problem because Im of Dominican decent and i was recently there for vacation. I speak fluent spanish and can also read and write. The problem is that certain people think is not a very good idea. Ive actually done some reasearch and every year more U.S student go to caribbean countries to study Medicine. What do you think?

I just finished working at a medical school, particularly in the department of surgery. From what I saw, many of the canidates applying for residency had done their medical school in other countries (India, Grenada, etc). We were allowing many of them into the school. I think its a great idea if you want to do that.

Yes, because you have a very good chance of admissions to those schools, it’s less years, low-cost, and just a great place to go.
